The SureFire Maximus rechargeable headlamp features a high-performance LED that produces an unprecedented 500 lumens of light. At its lowest setting, it will run for 70 hours on its energy-dense lithium-ion battery. The variable-light-output dial allows one-handed selection of any light level from 1 to 500 lumens, even with cold or gloved fingers, and features an emergency SOS mode. A built-in fuel gauge lets you keep track of battery status. Its micro-fiber headband system includes a washable moisture-wicking Breathe-O-Prene pad, low-profile buckles, and smooth stitching to eliminate pressure points.
