The 1917 Hybrid Cutlass is a combination of the 1904 Austrian Saber and Cutlass 1917. The Cutlass was lightweight and very mobile and ideal for walking. But at the same time powerful enough to use in heavy combat, even against bigger weapons. By merging the advantages of both swords, Cold Steel has created a truly modern fighting sword.
Hybrid Cutlass has a short, stiff and sharp blued steel blade that is both fast and smooth in your hand. The perfectly designed hand guard has a sturdy reinforced edge that is both small enough to be comfortable, but offers good protection.
